The box is amazing because it is so simple to fit the bike frame and wheels in. Most importantly you don't have to take out the handlebar or seat post. There was even room to put other stuff ! The bike box is light and easy to move around. I didn't have a problem handling the bike box despite being a solo traveller. I definitely would rent another bike box at my next overseas cycling trip. I highly recommend Bike Box !

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. First time renting a bike box and bike-travelling was pretty much not knowing what to expect. My friends and I rented this particular one as its hard case and no-removal-of-handlebar won us over. Wilson was very helpful and detailed to answer all my queries, and even offered to help us dismantle and pack all bikes prior to flying. He even arranged all 5 bike boxes to be sent directly to the airport (at an additional cost of course). The boxes were all in good condition, comes with ample sponge paddings to ensure the bike frame and wheels are well-protected. Bike box's wheels were easy to roll, no problem checking-in at Changi Airport.
Bike fixing was quite easy as we just needed to put back the wheels, vice versa for packing for home. However, when coming back from Bangkok Airport, the box was a bit too oversized for the scanner and it took several airport staff to get it through. So something to note as different airports’ scan machines/method varies. Overall, good and sturdy hard case bike box for those looking. Highly recommended!

No need to dismantle handlebars and seatpost. Only need to remove wheels and that’s it. Will be bring this to Fukuoka! Wilson is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
