Bike Box Express Quickfit Crash Replacement Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   1. a)  The Crash Replacement Program is applicable only to Cyclewhere Pte Ltd’s product “Bike Box Express – Quickfit” (hereafter referred to as “the box”).
   2. b)  The program covers both new and second-hand purchases.
2. Adoption Fee:
   • a) For second-hand purchases, a one-time adoption fee of $50 will be applicable.
3. Unrepairable Condition:
   • a) To qualify for the crash replacement program, the box must be deemed irreparable by authorized Cyclewhere technicians.
4. Damage Assessment:
   • a) The damage must not be caused by a third party. Only damages resulting from accidents and mishandling directly by the owner are eligible for the crash replacement program.
5. Discount Offer:
   • a) Upon successful assessment and acceptance into the crash replacement program, the customer will be eligible for a $250 discount off the current retail price of a new “Bike Box Express – Quickfit.”
6. Color Availability:
   • a) The replacement box’s color will depend on the availability at the time of the claim.
7. Claim Procedure:
   • a)  To initiate a claim, customers must contact Cyclewhere Pte Ltd through the designated customer support channels.
   • b)  Provide proof of purchase and images clearly showing the irreparable damage.
   • c)  Once the claim is approved, instructions will be provided on how to proceed with the crash replacement.
8. Lifetime Coverage:
   • a) The crash replacement program is valid for the lifetime of the original purchaser.
9. Transfer of Ownership:
   • a) The crash replacement program is non-transferable. It applies only to the original purchaser of the box.
10. Decision Authority:
    • a) Cyclewhere Pte Ltd reserves the right to make the final decision on the eligibility of claims and the acceptance into the crash replacement program.
11. Modification of Terms:
    • a) Cyclewhere Pte Ltd reserves the right to modify or terminate the crash replacement program terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice.

By participating in the Crash Replacement Program, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions set forth by Cyclewhere Pte Ltd
