Bike Box Express Rental Service – Terms and Conditions
- Payment & booking of box:
- a) No deposit is required for booking.
- b) Rental charges are based on the number of days, starting from 0001hr to 2359hr.
- c) Early collection and late return will be charged at $22 per day.
- d) Booking will only be confirmed after payment is received.
- e) No cancellation refund; however, bookings can be put on hold for future usage (up to 1 year).
- When Collecting box:
- a) Check the condition of the box and fill out the “Collection and Return Form” during the collection.
- b) Report any damage on the form. Minor scratches are acceptable.
- Box damage during transit:
- a) In case of damage during transit, report the damage to the airline or your travel insurance as soon as possible.
- b) Our company will assess the damage, and the repair costs shall be borne by the renter.
- c) Submit a claim through the airline or travel insurance.
- When returning box
- a) Remove all stickers from the box.
- b) Check the condition of the box and fill out the “Collection and Return Form” during the return.
- Travel Insurance Advisory:
- a) Renter is advised to obtain travel insurance, as some airlines do not cover sports equipment.
By proceeding with the rental, the renter acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or penalties. The Bike Box Express Rental Service reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
